Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse docket of catastrophic personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations Collaborate with experts, investigators, and medical professionals to build strong cases Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial briefs Conduct legal research and case strategy development Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar 5–15 years of personal injury litigation experience Proven trial and courtroom experience in catastrophic injury or wrongful death matters Strong litigation skills and familiarity with accident reconstruction and medical evidence Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy abilities Job Details Experience Required: 5–15 years Location: Santa Ana, CA Schedule: Full-time, on-site Number of Openings: 1
