Talent Depot See More Job Openings by This EmployerKey Responsibilities Represent policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation Handle all aspects of case development, including legal research, drafting, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Engage in strategic negotiations and client advisory throughout litigation Work collaboratively with firm attorneys and support staff on case management and legal strategy Participate in court hearings, mediations, and potential trial proceedings J.D. from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing with the California State Bar 5–15 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage and bad faith matters Strong courtroom, deposition, and motion practice skills preferred Experience representing policyholders preferred; however, candidates from the carrier side with a strong skill set and aligned mindset are welcome to apply Exceptional legal writing, advocacy, and analytical skills Job Details Experience Required: 5–15 years Location: Santa Ana, CA Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site Number of Openings: 1
