Key Responsibilities Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations Develop litigation strategy, analyze risks, and advise clients on legal exposure and resolution paths Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence Manage case files and coordinate with co-counsel, experts, and firm leadership as needed Work closely with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal strategy J.D. from an accredited law school Active and in good standing with the California State Bar 5–15 years of experience in commercial litigation Strong courtroom and deposition skills Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently Exceptional legal writing, research, and communication skills Preferred Background Experience in breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, securities, and real estate litigation Demonstrated stability and success within law firm environments Job Details Experience Required: 5–15 years Location: Santa Ana, CA Schedule: Full-time, on-site Number of Openings: 1
