The Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Attorney General Liz Murrill, is seeking applications for a Receptionist in the Litigation Division. Salary offered will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Exercise proper telephone etiquette;

- Examples of Work
The position of a Receptionist in the Litigation Division may consist of, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Greet and direct visitors appropriately;
- Manage main telephone switchboard in his/her respective office;
- Ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable;
- May maintain schedule for conference rooms;
- Provide accurate information to visitors and the public, whether in-person or via phone;
- Receive, sort and distribute mail appropriately and timely;
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, faxing, and running errands;
- Report to assigned job location timely;
- Execute directives from the Director, Deputy Director, or his/her supervisor; and
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, or his/her supervisor.
- $35,006.40 - $46,280/year
