Financial Services Associate Attorney

A leading southeastern law firm with a national platform is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer to join its growing Financial Services practice in Charlotte. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex financing transactions for a wide range of sophisticated clients.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, and other lending transactions.

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, and related financing documents.

• Support financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on high-value transactions.

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver integrated client service.

What You’ll Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• 4–7 years of transactional experience.

• Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.

• Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting skills, and proven client service abilities.

• Admission (or eligibility) to the North Carolina Bar preferred.
