A leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic corporate practice group representing both public and private companies across a wide range of industries.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on commercial contract issues, corporate governance, and general business matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and other commercial agreements.

• Support mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate transactions.

• Provide practical, business-minded counsel directly to clients across a variety of corporate and commercial projects.

• Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission (preferred).

• 3+ years of corporate transactional experience.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and contribute.
