Grade 15 (AEA) $43.12 - $58.21FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Description: Performs professional legal and advisory services to accomplish effective representation of state, county and county personnel. The required amount of experience will impact the assignment of level (Entry/Intermediate/Senior) along with the complexity of cases and advisory services assigned.

• Within the Civil division: Responsibility of child protection cases, guardianships and commitments, contract review, county real estate work, juvenile delinquency and other general civil assignment.- WORK HOURS, WORK LOCATION
Work Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Work Location: Itasca County Attorney Department, Second Floor, Courthouse, 123 NE 4th St, Grand Rapids.- JOIN THE TEAM
