Position Summary

As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will support multiple litigation attorneys and paralegals in the preparation and management of personal injury cases from filing through trial. You’ll work closely with legal staff to ensure timely and efficient case progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain case files and documentation in our case management system
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and medical providers
• Assist in trial preparation including exhibits and trial binders
• Assist with legal research and gathering relevant case information 
• Draft and prepare legal documents
• Provide general office support to paralegals and attorneys 

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation (law firm setting preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000, depending on experience
