2026 2L Summer Associate Program
Keches Law Group will be hiring students who are seeking a highly personalized summer experience for our Summer Associate program. Students will be immersed in their assigned practice area for the duration of the program.
Associates may be placed in our Bridgewater, MA or Milton, MA offices.
Summer Associates will work on a variety of matter where they can gain real, hands-on experience working side by side with our lawyers. After spending twelve weeks in our offices, we can assure that you will leave Keches knowing our lawyers, understand what we do, and will be ready to hit the ground running after law school.
Training
We will provide our summer associates with seminars, practice area overviews, and general professional development. We recognize that training is a critical component in every attorney’s professional development. Our goal is to provide our attorneys and summer associates with the substantive knowledge, skills, and resources they need to achieve legal excellence.
Mentoring
Summer associates will be paired with an attorney mentor or in some offices a mentor team who help with the transition into the office and serves as a valuable resource to the summer associate providing useful advice when work challenges and questions arise. Matches are generally based on practice group interest.
