Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Note: This role requires on-site presence five days per week at the Chicago office.

Our client is a thriving Chicago trial law firm specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation law. They are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of personal injury experience.

Responsibilities:

• This is a full-on in-suit personal injury litigation paralegal role

Qualifications:

• Experience answering discovery
• Experience drafting discovery
• Experience drafting complaints
• Experience reviewing and understanding medical records and bills
• Experience drafting settlement demands
• Intake
• Litigation experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred, but NOT required
