A leading IP Litigation practice is seeking a Resource Attorney to support its attorneys by enhancing efficiency, knowledge-sharing, and business development efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced patent litigation attorney who is looking to transition into a non-billable, strategic position focused on research, content development, and internal practice support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to IP litigation
- Assist in developing client alerts, white papers, blog posts, and thought leadership materials
- Create and maintain internal practice resources and archives to enhance knowledge-sharing
- Coordinate speaking engagements, webinars, and marketing initiatives
- Support business development efforts, including RFP responses and market trend analysis
- Work with professional development teams to enhance attorney training programs
- Collaborate with information services teams to identify and implement technology solutions for the practice group
- JD and bar admission with at least 5 years of experience in patent litigation
- Experience in trade secret litigation preferred
- Strong understanding of technology and life sciences industries
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Salary range: $220,000 - $325,000, based on experience and location
