Job Description

Speaks Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated and organized Case Manager/Paralegal to support our growing team.  Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of case management experience specific to personal injury. This position will report to our Wilmington office and hours of work are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Proactive communication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and other professionals.
  • Conduct routine client contact regarding case updates, treatment, coverage investigations, etc.
  • Assist with legal research and case preparation.  
  • Maintain updated lien and balance information. Communicate with insurance and health adjusters regarding demand packages, policies, liens, and payment logs.
  • Complete systematic file review of demand packages.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Paralegal certificate a plus
  • One (1) year of case management experience specific to personal injury required
  • Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required
  • Must be able to work on-site from 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leaders, clients and staff
  • Understand legal language, principles, and other related processes
  • Needles/Neos case management software experience a plus
Compensation:
The is a full-time salary position with competitive compensation depending on experience.
