We are working on behalf of an Am Law 10 firm to recruit a Director of Marketing, Client Engagement, to lead a team of geographically dispersed marketing professionals in support of the firm’s overall strategy. The Director will develop and implement comprehensive initiatives that position the firm to expand brand awareness and exposure, increase engagement, and create impactful experiences for clients and key stakeholders.
The Director will:
- Lead Strategic Marketing: Craft and implement marketing strategies that align with the firm’s vision, key clients, and market trends to enhance our brand, drive client loyalty, and retain top-tier clients.
- Drive Comprehensive Client Engagement: Oversee high-impact initiatives, including events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, advertising, and innovative social media campaigns that set our firm apart.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Build a collaborative environment across marketing and firmwide teams to deliver a cohesive, unified strategy that strengthens our market position.
- Optimize Processes: Develop internal processes and playbooks that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all teams, streamlining execution.
- Measure Impact: Create dynamic tracking and reporting tools to evaluate return on investment and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
To be considered, a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of professional services marketing, business development, or other relevant experience, and at least 5 years of team management experience is required. An advanced degree in business or marketing and/or a JD is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
