About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference and helping others navigate their immigration journey? We're seeking a motivated Intake Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this vital role, you'll conduct initial consultations, gather essential information, assess client needs, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Your efforts will directly contribute to our firm's growth by delivering exceptional service and transforming potential leads into satisfied clients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Local Time
Pay Rate: $23/hr + Performance Bonus

What You'll Do

✨ Learn and master the diverse case types we offer, following attorney guidelines.
✨ Conduct engaging, empathetic one-hour interviews with potential clients, initiating case discussions based on tailored training and resources.
✨ Lead interviews confidently using approved scripts, building rapport and trust with each potential client.
✨ Review case pricing with clients, helping them select the best payment options; collaborate with the Intake Manager or Assistant Manager for special cases or payment plans.
✨ Educate clients on the benefits of partnering with our firm and available payment solutions.
✨ Convert leads into admitted clients by highlighting the value and benefits of each case type.
✨ Schedule and follow up with potential clients to clarify details, answer questions, and foster engagement.
✨ If eligible, coordinate the scheduling of sign-up appointments based on initial down payments.
✨ Send contracts promptly after payment to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
✨ Stay current with weekly legal training sessions led by our expert attorneys to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

✅ Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2-C1 proficiency)
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent experience
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Outstanding bilingual interpersonal skills—empathetic, clear, and professional
✅ Exceptional customer service and sales abilities
✅ Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
✅ Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
✅ Strong problem-solving capabilities
✅ Experience in sales or metrics-driven environments is a plus
