
Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney – Defense Side
Talent Depot See More Job Openings by This EmployerKey Responsibilities Defend employers in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hour matters Handle PAGA and class action lawsuits, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings Provide strategic counsel to clients throughout all phases of litigation Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage case files from inception to resolution Collaborate with firm leadership, associates, and clients to develop case strategies and litigation plans Stay up to date with evolving California employment laws and regulations Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar 5–15 years of labor and employment defense litigation experience Strong working knowledge of California employment law, including wage and hour regulations Experience managing PAGA and class action claims strongly preferred Excellent written, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills Job Details Experience Required: 5–15 years Location: Santa Ana, CA Schedule: Full-time, on-site Number of Openings: 1
