A leading litigation team is seeking an associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice in New York City. This role offers immediate exposure to client-facing work, court appearances, and full case management, making it a strong opportunity for attorneys ready to take ownership in high-impact financial services litigation.

• Handle business, commercial, and consumer financial services litigation matters
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and manage litigation strategy
• Work directly with clients and take active roles in hearings and case management
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in developing case strategy
• Represent clients in both state and federal courts

• 2–5 years of litigation experience in commercial, business, or financial services matters
• Admitted in New York and in good standing
• Admission to New Jersey or other jurisdictions is a plus
• Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic and professional background

• Salary range: $235,000 – $305,000, based on experience and qualifications
