Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our private labor and employment law team. This role involves working on single-plaintiff actions, claims, and class and representative actions from case inception through resolution.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage assigned cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case closure.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for admission, and document production.
- Prepare, track, and process subpoenas for records.
- Assist in preparing for depositions and hearings, including organizing exhibits.
- Conduct document and deposition reviews, prepare summaries, and manage document productions.
- Provide support for dispositive motions, ensuring accurate exhibits and citations.
- Develop timelines and case chronologies to support legal strategy.
- Conduct background, litigation, and social media research.
- Perform data entry, review, and analysis using Excel for case-related information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Paralegal Certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in labor and employment law; law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data entry, formatting, formulas, tabs, sorting, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional proofreading, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of documents and data.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
