| 1 | Support the legal team in successfully navigating and completing the immigration process for employees. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Respond to inquiries regarding U.S. visa and immigration petitions, potential additional available options, including displacement or transfer strategies. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Work with others on the immigration team to provide immigration and visa support. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2 | Perform various duties as corporate counsel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Provide legal opinions and advice in connection with contract, general corporate, employment operational and compliance matter. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Review, draft and revise documents in connection with corporate transactions and general corporate and business matters. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Research and analyze business and legal issues under the supervision of senior counsel. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Assist with internal investigation and contract review under the supervision of senior counsel. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3 | Provide assistance to Chief Legal Officer and management team on various visa & immigration, compliance and projects as assigned. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| IⅤ. Qualification | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Job Requirements | Language | Good written and oral communication skills in English and preferrably bilingual in Mandarin Chinese | |||||||||||||||||||||
| Experience | At least one year of legal experience as a licensed attorney. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Education | JD or LLM from an ABA accredited law school | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Physical Condition | This is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
