Job Description

This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 29th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Sony Pictures Animation, Legal Affairs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft agreements (in concert with and under the direction of SPA legal affairs team) including writers, cast, artist, and key crew, as well as other production related agreements and forms, other responsibilities as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Rising second or third year law student at an accredited ABA law school, must have completed contract law class with a grade of B or better

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3.0 GPA or better

The anticipated base salary for this position is $25/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
