We are looking for an Immigration Attorney with fluency in Portuguese and possibly Spanish to support a client in their growing practice.

Job Title: Senior Immigration Attorney

Location: Coral Springs, FL (Onsite)

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year + bonus incentives based on performance

Benefits: 100% covered health insurance (family coverage).


Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and represent clients in immigration interviews and court appearances.
  • Draft and file a wide range of immigration petitions and documents.
  • Handle cases related to family and employment immigration law (80% family-based, 20% employment-based).
  • Ensure legal accuracy and timely processing of immigration applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide mentoring and guidance to junior attorneys and staff.
  • Manage a flat fee billing structure with an estimated 20 billable hours per week.


Required Skills:

3+ years of immigration law experience (preferably 5+ years).

Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).

  • Extensive experience in family and employment-based immigration cases.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships and oversee immigration interviews.
  • Excellent organizational and case management skills.
  • Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a high-volume immigration law firm.
  • Spanish fluency or any other languages
  • Previous experience within a law firm.
