As a firm that practices in probate and estate planning, we understand the importance of supporting our clients through planning for and experiencing some of the most challenging times of their lives. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in elder law matters including medicare planning and application
• Represent clients in estate planning matters including wills, trusts, and advanced directive
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings
• Communicate with clients
• Attend client meetings and consultations
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Florida
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for probate and estate planning and a commitment to helping clients

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
