Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate

A nationally respected litigation group is seeking an attorney with 2–4 years of courtroom experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice in New York City. This role is ideal for a litigator with a background in business, commercial, or financial services disputes who is looking to build a long-term career in the evolving world of consumer finance law.

• Handle court appearances, motion practice, and case strategy for matters involving consumer finance litigation
• Collaborate with a national litigation team on high-profile regulatory and commercial matters
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery
• Assist with investigations and enforcement actions involving financial institutions and service providers

• 2–4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on courtroom advocacy
• Admitted and in good standing in New York
• Admission to New Jersey or other jurisdictions is a plus
• Excellent research, writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong academic and professional credentials

• Salary range: $110,000 – $175,000, based on experience and qualifications
