• Legal research, drafting documents such as discovery, motions, briefs, pleadings, preparing deposition outlines/summaries, trial preparation and communicating with the clients

KGSW is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney with 6-8 years of extensive litigation experience. The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and hold an active membership with the California Bar.This position requires significant expertise in real property, homeowner, business litigation, and general counsel work with a proven track record of achieving favorable case outcomes. The successful candidate should be able to:· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
